$BEAT is the same; since its launch it has been stuck between 0.4 and 0.5, unable to drop lower, building up for a big move. Today it pulled a huge bullish candle; by the time I saw it, the rally was over and it started to crash, so I went short with the trend, and the short felt comfortable. Why dare to short it? A continuous lower high + lower low pattern indicates a bearish trend. CVD is red and moving down, indicating that the main players are continuously selling. Funding is deep red, showing that short sellers are paying, but it's not a short squeeze; rather, the whole market is shorting it, and the decline has not ended. Open Interest (OI) continues to fall, longs are liquidating, shorts are also starting to take profits, and the market enters a "leveraged release phase", usually followed by another round of decline. Risk: mid‑trend retracements; the big players like to take liquidity in high‑volume zones. During the swing I kept adding and reducing positions repeatedly, operating wildly. I should go back and study the pyramid scaling method mentioned in the naked K approach. The pyramid scaling method is only suitable for strong one‑sided trends, whether a rapid upward push or a rapid downward decline. Pyramid scaling has two core ideas: (1) Control risk by moving stop‑losses; (2) Sacrifice realized gains to chase future profits.
