Suspension of UGOLD Features and Smart Contract Swap

Dear BitMart Users,

Per project's request, BitMart will support UGOLD token swap. While the upgrade for UGOLD smart contract takes place, BitMart will pause all UGOLD-related features. Please note the below dates for the scheduled suspensions:

Deposit: Kept closed
Trading: Already closed 3/15/2026 17:00 UTC
Withdrawal: Already closed 3/15/2026 17:00 UTC

To allow users holding the old UGOLD tokens to withdraw their assets, we will temporarily reopen withdrawals as follows:

4/2/ 2026, 10:00 AM UTC—4/16/ 2026, 10:00 AM UTC

Users holding old UGOLD tokens are strongly advised to complete their withdrawals within this timeline. Any assets not withdrawn by the deadline will no longer be processed through the BitMart platform. For further assistance, please contact the project team directly at [email protected].
