Conflux Network is a fully EVM-compatible smart contract platform that features a Turing-complete state machine built on top of a high-throughput consensus protocol.
Conflux reaches an agreement on a transaction validator based on the total order of blocks organized in a Tree-Graph, a novel consensus mechanism that scales benefits relative to existing blockchains. After Hydra Hardfork, Conflux Network introduced a Proof-of-Stake (PoS) sidechain to complement its Proof-of-Work (PoW) chain, making the entire network more secure.
Conflux has a native token called CFX that serves as the reward for network miners and as a means for paying transaction fees. Along with the blooming of Conflux’s ecosystem, CFX appears to have more use cases in the decentralized worlds.
