KelVPN is a decentralized VPN based on the Cellframe Network protocol and realized as a t-dApp in the Cellframe ecosystem and inhabits the first Cellchain (KEL-testnet).
The KelVPN network consists of two chains, zerochain and mainchain, combined into the KelVPN network. The same node can handle many networks at once, both public and private. Also, special service and informational subchains within each network can be connected, which are optional to distribute.
