Ethernity Chain is a community-oriented, decentralized platform that specializes in creating limited edition nonfungible tokens (NFTs) and trading cards. Its native utility token, ERN, an ERC-20 token, is used within the platform.
The platform introduced its first collection with signed NFT-based portraits of celebrities, known as authenticated NFTs (aNFTs). These Ethereum-based aNFTs were sold on the platform's marketplace via auctions or direct sales, with a portion of the profits from these sales going to charities chosen by the celebrities.
ERN is the main token used for purchasing digital art on Ethernity Chain. Additionally, it can be used to buy physical collectibles, stake for rewards, participate in platform governance decisions, or farm STONES, another token that can be used to purchase NFTs on the platform.
