At a random time between 5/17 6:00 AM and 6/1 6:00 AM (EDT), we will take a snapshot of all user's CAST holdings and distribute the 78,000 CAST prize pool proportionally according to each user's holdings compared to the total amount of CAST held by all users on BitMart.
