At a random time between 01/13/2022 7:00 AM and 01/28/2022 7:00 AM (EST), we will take a snapshot of all user's CLIFF holdings and distribute the 380,000,000 CLIFF prize pool proportionally according to each user's holdings compared to the total amount of CLIFF held by all users on BitMart.
