BitMart Pay is currently available in Vietnam, the Philippines and Brazil in Phase 1. Additional regions will be onboarded progressively based on local regulations and merchant integration.

BitMart Pay supports major cryptocurrencies, with more assets to be added over time based on merchant requirements.
4. How do I make a QR payment with BitMart Pay?
Step 1: Open the BitMart App and stay on the Home page.
Step 2: Swipe down on the Home page to enter BitMart Mall, then tap the Scan icon at the top right corner to open Scan & Pay.
Step 3: Scan the merchant’s QR code, confirm the payment details, and authorize the transaction.
Once confirmed, the payment will be processed instantly.
5.Are there any fees?
BitMart Pay may charge a small network or service fee depending on the asset type and market conditions.
Any applicable fee will be clearly displayed before you confirm the payment.
6.Why did my payment fail?
Common reasons include:
- Insufficient balance
- QR code expired
- Network timeout
- Unsupported currency
If the payment fails, no funds will be deducted.
7.Can I get a refund after a successful payment?
No. Crypto payments are instant and irreversible. If you encounter issues with goods or services, please contact the merchant directly.
8.Is BitMart Pay safe?
Yes. BitMart Pay uses encrypted processing and multi-layered risk control to ensure secure transactions.
