How to Top Up Mobile Credit on BitMart

3. Select your area code and enter your mobile phone number, then click [Next].

4. Choose a mobile operators

 

5. Select the Top-up amount

6. Click 'continue'

 

7. Confirm Order

8.Payment successful, awaiting account crediting.

1. How long does the top-up take?

Most top-ups are processed within 1–15 minutes. However, depending on the mobile operator, some orders may take longer. You will receive a notification once the top-up is successfully credited. In Mainland China, delays are considered normal, especially during peak periods at the beginning and end of the month. If the top-up has not arrived after 24 hours, please contact customer support for assistance.
 

2. How can I check my top-up status?

You can check the status on the Mobile Top-up page. Tap the history icon in the top-right corner to view your transaction history.

3. Why am I unable to top up my mobile number?

Your top-up may fail for the following reasons:

  • You selected the wrong country/area code.

  • You entered an incorrect mobile number.

  • Your account security settings were modified within the last 24 hours.

4. Where will the funds for the mobile top-up be deducted from?

After placing a successful order, the funds will be deducted from your BitMart Spot Account.
Please ensure that your Spot Account has sufficient balance before placing an order to avoid delays in processing.

5. Which cryptocurrencies are supported for mobile top-up?

We currently support multiple cryptocurrencies for mobile top-ups, including USDT, USDC, ETH, BTC, BMX, SOL, XRP, DOGE, LTC, TON, BNB, and other major assets.

 

6. What should I do if my mobile account is not credited after successful payment?


Please provide your country/area code, mobile number, and the related payment message, then contact our online customer support for assistance.

Please note that the following types of mobile numbers may result in top-up failure and are not recommended for top-up:

  • Mobile numbers in Mainland China that have undergone number portability may fail due to operator changes.
  • Some non–Mainland China mobile numbers use a postpaid (bill-after-use) model, which may not support prepaid top-ups.

 

7. Top-Up Limits

For all operators, each mobile number is limited to a maximum of USD 200 or 10 top-up transactions within 24 hours.
