A crypto prepaid card allows users to sell the cryptocurrencies held on the platform (such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.) and transfer the proceeds directly to their crypto prepaid card as a withdrawal method. This enables you to conveniently and securely spend both fiat and digital funds anytime, anywhere.

We offer virtual crypto prepaid cards for online payments, as well as physical crypto  prepaid cards for in-store purchases and ATM withdrawals(Supported outside Mainland China only). This guide will walk you through the step-by-step process of applying for a physical crypto prepaid card.

How to apply for a physical crypto prepaid card on the web

Step 1: Click [Buy &Sell] ➡️ Click [ Crypto Prepaid Card]

Step 2: Enter the sell amount ➡️ Select [Physical Card] ➡️ Click [Create Card]

Step 3: Complete Identity Verification

Upload a selfie, fill in KYC details, submit both sides of your ID, and provide your residential and mailing information.

• Shipping required: Select “Same as residential address” or enter a new address

• No shipping: Select “No shipping”

Step 4: Close the page after successfully submitting the information.

Step 5: After submitting the information, return to this page, re-enter the quantity to be sell, select the physical card, and then click [Create Card].

Step 6: Enter the invitation code to confirm the order. After clicking "Confirm," wait for system review. You will be notified via email once the review is approved.

Step 7: Once approved, tap the card icon in the top-right corner of the Prepaid Card page to track shipping.
After receiving the card, tap [Activate Now] to activate your physical card.

Step 10: Enter the card number, expiration date, CVV, and set a PIN. Then, enter your email address and verification code to activate the card.


 

Step 5: Complete Identity Verification
