The Crypto Prepaid Card allows users to sell the platform’s held cryptocurrencies (such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.) and transfer the resulting funds directly to their prepaid card (the card is automatically generated upon sale).
 

2. Which countries/regions are supported for application?
Applications are supported from all countries except the following: Cuba, Crimea, Iran, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea), Kingdom of the Netherlands, so-called Donetsk People’s Republic (DNR) or Luhansk People’s Republic (LNR), the United States, Hong Kong, and the United Kingdom.

The card balance cannot be withdrawn or converted back into cryptocurrency. It is for spending only.
 

5. Can the card receive payments or transfers?
No, the card can only be used for spending. It cannot receive payments or transfers.


6. Do I need to top up before activating the Crypto  prepaid card?
Yes. You need to transfer cryptocurrency from your BitMart Spot account to the card balance before the card can be successfully activated and used for payments.
 

7. How long does a refund take?
The refund time for international cards depends on the processing speed of the refund channel and the issuing bank.
In general, the refund amount will appear in the card balance within approximately 3–7 business days after the merchant confirms the refund.
For cross-border transactions (such as foreign currency settlements or international merchants), the refund process may take longer.
If the refund has not been received after an extended period, please contact online customer support for assistance.
 

8. How to Top Up the card

4. Click [Create Card]
5. Select the card BIN
6. Enter the top-up amount

9. How to Use the Prepaid Card

1️⃣ Complete KYC1 verification on the BitMart platform.
2️⃣ Sell cryptocurrency and create a card (the card is automatically generated after a successful sale).
3️⃣ Open your payment or shopping platform, select Add Bank Card, then enter your card number, expiration date, and CVV.
4️⃣ When making a payment, simply choose this card to complete the transaction.

Note: Some users may encounter risk control restrictions when binding Apple Pay or Google Pay due to factors such as device, IP address, or transaction behavior, which may prevent successful binding.

If this occurs, it is recommended to unbind and try again after a few days, or apply for a new card and attempt to bind again.
