Overview

1. What is BitMart Card Cashback? 
   BitMart Card Cashback refers to the program where users who make eligible purchases using their BitMart Card (virtual or physical) will receive a portion of the transaction amount back in USDT or equivalent tokens, credited to their Spot Account.
2. Who is eligible for cashback? 
   All users who have successfully applied for and activated a BitMart Card are eligible to participate in the cashback program. Certain promotions or cashback rates may be limited to specific regions, card types, or VIP levels.

3. How to earn cashback?

• Simply use your BitMart Card within the Visa network (online or offline) to make eligible purchases.
• Cashback rates vary by campaign or user tier. The base rate typically ranges from 1%–3.5%, with select spending categories offering up to 5%, and special campaigns providing up to 10%.
• During designated events or seasonal promotions (e.g., Crypto Prime Week, shopping festivals), users may enjoy additional limited-time boosted cashback.

4. Which transactions are excluded from cashback? 
   The following types of transactions are generally ineligible for cashback:
   • ATM withdrawals, transfers, top-ups, or cash advances.
   • Refunded, canceled, or disputed transactions.
   • Transactions with specific MCCs (Merchant Category Codes), such as financial services, securities, or gambling.
   • Transactions identified by BitMart as non-genuine spending or in violation of platform policies.
5. How is cashback calculated? 

   Cashback is calculated by multiplying each eligible transaction amount by the applicable cashback rate. Cashback for each month will be settled on the 15th of the following month and will be distributed to the user’s BitMart Spot Account within 5 business days after settlement.

6. When will cashback be credited?

• Monthly cashback for eligible transactions will be calculated on the 15th of the following month and distributed within 5 business days thereafter.
• Event-based cashback will be processed and issued within 15 business days after the campaign ends.

7. How can I view my cashback records? In the BitMart App or website, go to [BitMart Card] → [Auto Cashback] to view transaction details, including the transaction date, merchant, amount, and cashback received. [Image Placeholder]

   

8. In what form is cashback issued? Cashback may be issued in USDT or equivalent tokens such as BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, ADA, DOGE, LTC, BMX, or as in-card “Bonus Credits”. Selecting the platform token (BMX) may provide an additional 0.5% bonus. The exact form depends on the campaign or official announcement.

9. What if a transaction is refunded or canceled? Any corresponding cashback will be automatically deducted. If the cashback has already been used, BitMart reserves the right to offset the equivalent amount from your account balance.
10. What happens if my account is suspended or closed? BitMart reserves the right to revoke or reclaim cashback rewards in cases of account suspension or closure.
11. Can cashback be combined with other rewards? Unless otherwise stated, cashback cannot be combined with other promotional rewards. The system will automatically apply the highest applicable reward tier.
