Step 1: Open the BitMart App ➡️ Tap【Assets】➡️ Tap【Wallet】at the top
Step 2: On the wallet home page, tap【Pay】to enter the prepaid card page
⚠️ Prepaid cards are only available for Seed Phrase Wallets. Please switch to a seed phrase wallet before proceeding.
Step 3: Tap【Create Card】
Step 5: Upload a selfie, fill in your KYC information, upload the front and back of your ID, and provide your residential address and delivery method.
- Shipping Required: Select the shipping option and either check "Same as residential address" or enter a new mailing address.
- No Shipping Required: This applies if you have already received the physical card and want to activate it directly — if so, simply select "No Mailing."
Step6：After submitting your information, you will be redirected back to see the KYC review result. Once approved, select your card type:【Physical Card】, and confirm the initial top-up amount
Step 7：Once the top-up is complete, you will receive an email notification confirming your physical card application. You can click on【Manage】on the prepaid card page to track your delivery status.
