【BitMart】Compensation Announcement Regarding Impact on User Orders Due to Futures Feature Launch on August 1, 2025

Dear BitMart Users,
On August 1, 2025, at 8:00 AM UTC, BitMart introduced new futures trading features, which temporarily affected a small number of users' orders. The upgrade has now been completed, and futures services have resumed normal operation. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. To ensure full protection of your interests, we will provide 100% compensation for any losses incurred due to failed orders during the upgrade period. The following compensation plan will be implemented:
 

Compensation Plan:

1. 100% Full Compensation (Excluding Market Factors): 

Users whose orders failed during the upgrade period are requested to submit the Google Form before 00:00 (UTC+0) on August 10, 2025. BitMart will process compensation accordingly.
 

2. Compensation Distribution Timeline

BitMart will review submitted data and distribute the compensation to your account by 00:00 UTC on August 15, 2025. If you have any questions or concerns about the compensation amount, please contact our online support team.
