With regrets, effective from 24:00 August 23, 2024 (Amsterdam time), BitMart has terminated its services for users from the Netherlands.  

Over the past three months, a total of five rounds of user notifications were sent on June 6, June 26, July 12, August 15, and August 22, 2024, urging related users to cancel unfulfilled orders and withdraw their assets. If you still have remaining assets in your account after 24:00 August 23, 2024 (Amsterdam time), all remaining assets will be duly counted and liquidated in preparation for potential contractual claims to be created by BitMart in good faith under applicable laws. We will constantly send notifications regarding the progress and we will duly inform you if a contractual claim is eventually established for your case and entitling you to a payment. Please pay close attention to our further updates.
