Some thoughts on Venice and revenue as it relates to VVV: > Venice earns revenue through monthly subscription plans to the Venice platform (Pro $18/month, Pro Plus: $68/month & Max $200/month) plus additional revenue from API credits. > Venice currently has around 3 million active users, 1.7M API calls per day and 200 models available. In terms of the discretionary VVV buyback a portion of the revenue from monthly subscriptions is directed back to VVV (Pro $2, Pro Plus $5 & Max $10). > This equates to 11.1%, 7.35% and 5% respectively for the revenue of the monthly subscription plans going back to VVV holders. Note there is no obligation for Venice to continue this buyback but I do not doubt they will support VVV holders in some way with their revenue. > Venice as reported is generating around $70M/year in revenue which translates to 3.5-7.8M for discretionary VVV buybacks. If VVV holders did have a legal claim on Venice revenue it would look cheap. But they do not and I would treat the above revenue as a base. > VVV as an asset should most likely be valued on the revenue it receives from Venice for buybacks PLUS the native demand for DIEM as a compute asset in which users have a right for daily access to Venice compute. Equity holders in Venice clearly have a much stronger claim than VVV holders for all things relevant to the growth of the Venice platform. I still think VVV as an asset is a very interesting experiment as it relates to compute access. But I think the Series A set in stone what VVV holders are eligible to as it relates to Venice ownership.

If VVV is a compute asset but does not how any claim on the 80% of revenue generated from non-crypto users of Venice which is around $70M annually as it currently stands how do you value the token? I think VVV's underlying utility is very interesting but I have no mental model on even how to value this and where it should be trading fairly. Insights welcome

After $VVV scandal, a lot of holders unstaked and will sell while onchain liquidity is tiny. Upcoming sell pressure: • 134 766 VVV ($1.55M) tomorrow • 116 764 VVV ($1.35M) 10th July • 100 530 VVV ($1.16M) 12th July Excellent short opportunity if you ask me.

$VVV is one of those beautiful examples that people are complaining about the recent price action. The ones complaining are the ones who have bought in way too high. It's just a normal and natural price pattern. I'm looking at three potential scenarios of where I might be interested: 1 - If this dips to $8-9, I'm looking for some short-term plays on this one. 2 - If this flips the $12.20 level, I might be interested in a short long towards the $14-15. This is an agressive approach, as the MA's haven't been flipped here yet. 3 - If it goes all the way to $14-16, I'm definitely in the buy the dip approach. Very clean, very simple.
