The KelpDAO incident hit @LayerZero_Core harder than many expected. After admitting a design flaw tied to nearly 300m USD in losses, partner confidence started to weaken. What seemed like one exploit quickly evolved into a broader trust issue. Capital responded immediately. Over 4B USD in assets have exited the network. @Lombard_Finance is the most recent sign. They fully moved to @chainlink and publicly removed LayerZero to focus on security. In crypto, trust shapes capital flows. Once shaken, the impact spreads fast.
