    $UNI is looking interesting, and I mean structurally, not just on the chart. For five years the biggest criticism was fair: the protocol printed billions in volume while the token captured nothing. Governance rights and vibes. That era ended. Late December, the UNIfication proposal passed with over 125 million votes. 100 million UNI burned from the treasury in one stroke. Protocol fees switched on across eleven chains, with collected value flowing into a burn machine. One day in June alone, 186,000 UNI destroyed. And the next stage is voting RIGHT NOW. The proposal to extend fees onto v4 pools runs through July 12, onchain vote next week. A protocol doing $4.4 trillion in lifetime volume just rewired itself so usage eats supply. The valve is open. Each governance vote opens it wider. Critics spent years asking what UNI is for. The answer arrived with fire.
