    $POL may look like it's up +9% in 24 hours. In reality, it's not a new move. Break $0.093 would be the first signal for a bullish reversal. But default is another lower high/lower low Then key resistance at $0.17 $0.28 $0.36 Only after $0.36 is made into support, we can conclude the bearish trend is over.

    $POL tokenomics as an L1 token are starting to look really elegant. And this is with only ~7M daily transactions. Over the last 30 days: 19.27M POL collected in base fees. 17.36M POL minted. Base fees already exceeded issuance, making the network effectively deflationary. 17.24M POL collected in priority fees for validators and stakers. Once PIP-85 goes live, POL stakers should be earning around 5% APR, while supply stays flat - or even declines. Imagine what the economics could look like at 20M, 50M, or 100M daily transactions. This is what real value accrual for an L1 token looks like.

    Update a little news for those holding Polygon $POL Polygon officially enters a deflationary state: The amount of POL burned exceeds 107 million in 2026. Polygon has reached a significant milestone where the amount of tokens burned surpasses the amount of newly issued tokens. 🔸 105.2 million POL have been minted and 107.7 million POL have been burned through base fees. 🔸 The network officially reaches a net deflationary state, reducing POL supply. 🔸 Sandeep said this is due to high transaction volume. In May, Polygon processed 198 million transactions, more than any other public chain. 👉 Polygon achieving a deflationary state is an extremely positive economic signal. It shows that network usage demand is large enough to generate sustainable token burn pressure. This is especially impressive as Polygon zkEVM is set to shut down on July 1 and they are transitioning to transfers via bridges. If this momentum continues, POL could become one of the most economically attractive tokens among L2s.

    Something you probably didn’t know: not a single new $POL token entered the market in 2026. 2026 minted: 105,229,564 POL 2026 base fees collected (burned): 107,690,994 POL The circulating supply actually shrank slightly. How many L1s can say the same? Ethereum, Solana, and SUI added hundreds of millions of dollars worth of new tokens to the market. Solana: over $1 billion Ethereum: close to $500 million SUI: around $200 million Wild numbers.
