    Atomicity Zones just launched and everyone's losing their minds. Let me show you what we're actually celebrating. Cross-chain atomic execution isn't new. Async zones handling state in parallel? That's been live in L1 sharding models for years. @NEARProtocol and @MultiversX have been running this since 2020-2021. So what changed? Packaging. Narrative. Timing. @LayerZero_Core took zone architecture and applied it to interoperability. Smart move. But the underlying primitives? Already existed. This isn't a dunk. They're building useful infrastructure. It's just a reminder of how crypto actually works. How you name and market something matters more than what you built. We reward marketing over pioneering. Every single time. And that's exactly why breakthrough tech gets ignored until someone rebrands it with the right story. The groundwork was laid years ago. But the credit goes to whoever packages it best.
