I like $NEAR more as an AI coin than as a privacy coin Gud!

I do think that there will be strong altcoin moves this cycle, but simply not everything. All liquidity is concentrated into a few protocols that are attracting hype and narrative. Until we're not in the end stage of the markets, it will easily stay like this for a long time. That's why betting onto those bigger ones with conviction is the plan that I've made with my #Altcoin portfolio. More than 50% allocated towards $NEAR and $TAO (I should have had $ZEC and $HYPE). Ready to be running the portfolio back up!

idk why people aren’t talking enough about @NEARProtocol. bought a decent bag though. imo one of the few networks where the thesis is starting to align across multiple layers: > privacy infrastructure > protocol fee generation > value capture flowing back into the asset if AI agents and onchain economies scale, networks that combine privacy with sustainable economic alignment may end up far more important than the market currently prices in. privacy + value capture is the meta.

Crypto's best engineering team strikes again. Dynamic resharding ships in network upgrade 2.13. Shards split automatically when state size crosses a threshold, validated by state witnesses, no validator vote required. The chain adds capacity on demand, the same way Google spins up servers behind a load balancer. This is what 7 years of betting on sharding looks like. NEAR mainnet launched sharded in 2020 with one shard. Today it runs nine, all under active load. Manual resharding took weeks of validator coordination per split - which is why most chains that started "sharding will save us" gave up. NEAR didn't. Each upgrade reduced the human coordination cost until it hit zero. The technical piece that matters: state witnesses validate the split deterministically, so there's no consensus round for the split itself. The protocol just sees the new shard configuration and runs. That's the keystone that makes "70 shards" achievable in months rather than years. Other chains have sharding designs on paper.
