    Hey Dom, 1. Back in February, you projected five more countries and millions of trade transactions by the end of 2026. With Kenya moving toward full production, Morocco and Nigeria entering implementation are we still on track for that hockey-stick growth and 2 additional countries? 2. Where do we stand with trade finance today? How far are we from institutions, and eventually retail investors, accessing real‑world yield from tokenized trade assets on IOTA at scale? 3. Outside Africa, which market is currently closest to real production adoption? The UK, Korea, Southeast Asia or the US? What could realistically go live over the next 12 months?

    A normal database can store trade documents. Most government systems already do. The problem is who controls it - and whether any other government will trust data that comes out of it. A distributed ledger makes the integrity of the data verifiable by anyone, without needing to trust who runs it. That's why credible neutrality in trade infrastructure requires more than a shared server.

    Some people ask me: "Moon, why are you still wasting time on $IOTA?" Because I'm not looking at the chart only. (It hurts anyway.) I'm looking at the market it's trying to serve. The global trade It's a $35T annual flow. 1/3 the size of the entire global economy. If IOTA manages to capture even a tiny fraction of that through trade digitization and tokenization......that's a worth paying attention to So yeah, maybe the market ignores it right now. Maybe people got bored. Maybe price made everyone emotional. But the problem IOTA is aiming at did not disappear.

    Back in January, $IOTA mentioned in its manifesto that 5 country pilots were expected to go live So far, 3 have been announced through ADAPT: 🇰🇪🇲🇦🇳🇬Kenya, Morocco and Nigeria That means 2 more are still expected for this year. (?) What makes it interesting is that IOTA specifically mentioned North America as one of the target regions. And this connects with something Dominik said about a year ago: pilots were already underway to ship goods between the U.S. and other countries. This could matter a lot. Especially because Salus is already showing how TWIN/IOTA can be used around real-world trade finance, critical minerals, verified documents and U.S.-linked buyers. Head of Salus also visited Washington D.C some time ago. Then there is Southeast Asia. 🇻🇳Vietnam was already mentioned last year as a possible pilot candidate, which would fit the regional clue very well. And with Africa being the strongest current rollout region, one more African country is also still possible. Meanwhile, TWIN is moving
