The @compoundfinance protocol should make a agreement proposal to acquire @SiloFinance. Silo has an interesting lending tech stack similar to @Morpho with a few unique features. But it struggle with distribution. Compound is a legacy lending protocol with a strong brand and eventually distribution partnership to capitalize on. But it lack a proper V4 with up to date lending feature. An acquisition could actually make sense and create a V4 with more value than the sum of its parts. Instead of two failing protocol we could have one that has a chance against the majors : @Morpho @aave @0xfluid @eulerfinance Happy to help broker some deal if it is of interest to the different party. (Bonus point, hire @Marczeller ACI to run the entity growth)
