    $ASTS imagine looking at this chart with all these milestones and thinking all this is "priced in" at a $28.5B valuation by going nowhere for 9 months. Not to mention the rumblings of TMobile and Grain partnering to some capacity with ASTS in coming months, pushing them into a near monopoly in the most valuable mobile market in the world. Meanwhile, Starlink added ~$500B to $SPCX market cap (17.5 ASTSs) from December 2025 when it was still private to today, now implicitly making up $1T of SPCX's $2T valuation (and that's probably being conservative). Keep in mind that analysts and executives have cited the mobile market as a large bulk of the growth outlook for Starlink, even expecting the mobile market to exceed their fixed broadband market by subscriber.

    $ASTS we should see the option chain start heating up in the comings sessions as speculators start positioning for the first batch to unfold, the next two sats being delivered, August launch, JLEO PRs from Rakuten and ASTS, pre IPO holders of $SPCX starting to get shares unlocked in August causing passive short covering in ASTS, TMobile and Grain Management forming some agreement with ASTS, and Golden Dome award. Not even worth speculating on Firstnet anymore 😂 but they have to be close to announcing something, right?? There's quite a lot to speculate on over the next month or few. *NFA

    $ASTS this might be the lowest opening volume we've seen in months. Volume has really dried up. More surprisingly, shorts covered over 10M shares since July started, during this declining volume, and the price has still faded. To put it in perspective, the volume yesterday was 10.7M and the prior day was 9.5M shares.

    $ASTS: Real-time short interest down over the last several days to 78.2M from an all-time high of 89.1M on 6/30. I'm starting to suspect in addition to Pre-IPO SpaceX shareholder hedging, some of the recent shorting could have been related to SpaceX index arbitrage trades where Millenium made over $3B. Several I'll explain it in a space soon.

    $ASTS - "Why does saturating one country matter so much? Because direct to device via mobile network operators is not a market where a challenger can simply show up with better satellites. The scarce input is not orbital hardware. It is licensed terrestrial spectrum and only carriers have it. A direct to device operator without a carrier partner has no legal signal to transmit to phones. So when every major carrier in a market has committed its spectrum, integrated its core network, and structured its coverage roadmap around one provider, a would be competitor faces the coldest of cold starts. There is literally no one left to partner with. The United States, the single most lucrative mobile market on earth, is now, for practical purposes, closed to a second broadband direct to device entrant for as long as those agreements hold."
